TLS AIR FORCE PARARESCUE DRYSUIT


This suit was designed for inland and water based civilian Search and Rescue where high visibility is required.


MATERIAL:


Waterproof, lightweight and swimmable nylon trilaminate in high-visibility orange and yellow.

SOLAS reflective Tape installed vertically and horizontally on sleeves for maximum visibility.


A double layer of material on legs with drainage openings provides additional durability and Aramid Fiber knee pads and Aramid Fiber butt pad for maximum protection. An additional hip overlay of 1000 denier CORDURA® on hips provides added abrasion resistance.

CLX450 MILITARY DRYSUIT


The rugged drysuit utilizes a heavy duty quick dry upper body comprised of a heavy-duty blend of Cordura, Butyl Rubber & Polyester. Designed to exceed the requirements set by military divers who require the best fit and most ballistic abrasion resistance possible.


Non-magnetic version of the CLX450 (pictured) is the official drysuit used by US Navy EOD teams.Other configurations of the suit are in active use with US Army Combat Divers, US Army Corps of Engineers and USN Salvage Operations Divers. Popular accessories added to this suit are pockets, heavy- duty latex wrist seals, a relief zipper, kneepads and a Cordura overlay on the buttocks area for extra abrasion resistance. DUI can work with individual dive teams to find the best configuration to tailor each drysuit to meet the team’s needs.

SEAL TLS DRYSUIT


The SEAL TLS incorporates many years of operative experience with this suit in combining the best features available. DUI starts with the proven technology of the lightweight and rugged trilaminate material and has gone from there. Cordura and Aramid Fiber pads are added to cover the high wear areas, tactical pockets are attached and fabric waterproof socks keep the suit lightweight.


DUI can also configure this with a Cordura/polyester waterproof sock to further keep the weight of the suit as light as possible. The most popular pockets selected for this suit are DUI’s Bellows and Cargo. The small pocket usually selected for this suit is the strobe pocket on the shoulder.

AAOPS - AIR AMPHIBIOUS OPERATIONS SUIT - DRYSUIT


Designed for use in and around the water. Whether boat operations, or surface swims this waterproof breathable PTFE membrane suit will keep you dry, comfortable and protected on the surface. This is a continuous wear garment that is made in two configurations:

Type I: Lightweight version which has a double layer of the breathable material at the high wear areas of the shoulders, hips and knees.

Type IV: Same design with an additional layer of 1000 denier Cordura inserted between the double layers of PTFE membrane for the high wear areas.

Both suits can be custom configured to the operator specifications with pocket and accessory selection and placement.

EQUIPMENT TESTING PROCESS

Checking the material

We check the gears seams or quality of fabrique, and much more.

Performance test

We test the equipment in a pool environment followed by several ocean dives, down to depths og 60 meters or more in 2-4 degrees centigrade in the water.

Wear and tear

Checking for color loss after a specific amount of dives in a pool and being exposed to direct sunlight over a period of one week..

Test

Completion


Protocolls are written and a score is awarded before being evaluated if it is to be sold on the Scandinavian market.
